Homeopathy for Pain Relief - Mini-Training ExcerptHomeopathy for Pain Relief – Mini-Training Excerpt

I am asked frequently about pain – Do you have anything for headaches? Do you have anything for backache? Toothaches? Do you have anything for bladder infections? Do you have anything for Earaches? The list goes on!

Yes! We have remedies for all these things specifically, but for the sake of simplicity, I made this two part mini-training for my members – Homeopathy for Pain Relief.

This week I share part 1 on the podcast – a great introduction to the common, go-to type remedies and how to use them.

The rest of the mini-training inside our Members Corner is more detailed about how to zero in on certain “Types” of pain and then how to find the best remedy, specific to the patient. You can join the Members Corner for access to this and over 70 other in-depth mini-trainings on the Members Corner. Learning to See the Whole Person: Body Language and Homeopathic Case TakingOne of the greatest tools a homeopath has isn’t a repertory or a Materia Medica.  It’s observation.  Long before a patient begins describing their symptoms, they’re already telling us a story. We simply have to learn how to see it.

In this episode, Sue shares why paying attention to body language is a skill every parent should develop. From her childhood on the farm to years of observing people and caring for families, she explains how our posture, expressions, movements, and interactions often reveal what words cannot.

In classical homeopathy, we don’t treat a diagnosis. We treat the person standing in front of us. Is the patient restless or completely still? Do they avoid eye contact or seek constant reassurance? Are they anxious, withdrawn, confident, suspicious, hurried, or calm?  These observations become part of the totality of the case. They help us understand the individual behind the symptoms and often point us toward the remedy that best matches the whole person.

In this episode, you’ll learn:

  • Why observation is one of the foundations of classical homeopathy.
  • How body language can reveal important clues during case taking.
  • Why experienced homeopaths pay attention to far more than a list of physical symptoms.
  • How parents can become better observers of their children’s health and behavior.
  • Why discernment and careful observation are valuable skills for everyday life.

When we slow down and truly observe, we begin to see the whole person. That is the heart of classical homeopathy. Every gesture, expression, and behavior becomes another piece of the story the body is telling.

This is part one of a mini-training from inside Sue’s Homeopathy for Mommies Members Corner. Simple Remedies, Powerful Results: How Homeopathy Is Changing LivesIn this special Homeopathy Awareness Week episode, members from our community share the moments that made homeopathy personal for them.

You’ll hear one member tell how she gave her son Belladonna for a painful, recurring ear infection and said, “It worked like a charm… and he never had another ear infection after that.”

Another member shares how, after struggling with postpartum anxiety and depression following the birth of her third baby, she found Ignatia and said, “Within, I’d say, a week, completely anxiety free, depression free.”

You’ll also hear a powerful testimony from a special guest diagnosed with adenocarcinoma in the pancreas, who began a homeopathic protocol while waiting for her appointment at MD Anderson. She shares that her cancer marker dropped from 8800 to 3300 before that first visit, and later said, “I don’t feel like I have cancer, I know that the homeopathy played a big part.”

And woven through every story is the same beautiful thread: fear begins to lift when confidence grows. As one mom put it, “I no longer feel fearful when somebody gets sick… What do I do? I know what to do. I can handle this.”

This episode is a collection of real stories, real gratitude, and real encouragement for the mom who wants to care for her family with greater peace, wisdom, and confidence.

When the News Feels Overwhelming: A Mom’s Guide to Glyphosate & How Homeopathy can help

In this episode, Sue talks about Glyphosate—commonly used in agriculture—which is once again a topic of conversation across the country.

When health headlines feel scary, it can be hard to know what to do next. If you’ve seen concerns about glyphosate in the news and felt overwhelmed, you’re not alone. In this episode, we’re taking a calmer, more practical look at what moms should know, how to think wisely about environmental concerns, and what supportive wellness steps families may consider.

In today’s world, it seems like every time we turn around, there’s a new concern about our food, our environment, or our health. Glyphosate—commonly used in agriculture—is once again a topic of conversation across the country. And while the information can feel overwhelming, this isn’t a new concern.

For Sue, this journey began years ago… Long before it was making headlines. Through personal experience and deep research, she began to uncover how pesticides—including herbicides like glyphosate—were being used and how they could impact families in ways most people never realize.

In this episode of Homeopathy for Mommies, Sue explains the health risks of chemical exposure, the challenges faced by farmers, and offers practical advice on detoxification using homeopathy and supplements. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed trying to protect your family, this episode will bring clarity, hope, and encouragement.

Many moms are concerned about glyphosate because of growing media coverage and discussions around environmental exposure, food quality, and family wellness.

Start with calm, practical steps. Focus on what is within your control, avoid panic, and make small changes over time rather than trying to fix everything at once.

No. This episode is for educational and informational purposes and is intended to help families think more calmly and practically about wellness concerns.

Can homeopathy be part of a family wellness approach?

Some families choose to include homeopathy as part of their broader wellness routines. It is generally best approached as one piece of a larger support strategy, not a replacement for medical care.
