This week on Soft Skills 101 Podcast, we interview Justin Warfel about Integrity. Lack of Integrity in language- “I feel” vs. “I think.” = intentional thoughts based on thinking vs. feelings demands critical thinking skills.

Reactivity is a result of basing actions and thoughts on feelings vs. thinking.

Lack of Integrity can be found in all sectors:

Military – careerism vs. selfless service
Politcs- partisanships and campaign promises that engender a sports fanatic like mentality
Church: We do Bible things in Bible ways- compartmentalizing “Bible things” vs an integrated approach where the Bible informs all of what we do, say, think.
