Each new year we plan so many things and most are undoable. Yes, we over plan or think we can do more than we can accomplish and therefore often feel a letdown or disappointment when things don’t turn out as we plan. So, for this new year, I’ve brought back a method that works for someone as imperfect as me…and that is my four-square method.
