  2. Thanks for sharing this. It’s interesting to hear you say that even after 22 years you still struggle with this. I keep asking myself how my kids are supposed to respond differently if I can’t even respond more kindly. I like the 5 push ups idea. I try similar things from time to time, but I don’t have the staying power to do it consistently and thus see any fruit. It helps to know I’m not alone.
